Violin Lessons

Private Instruction

Private violin lessons are typically 60 minutes in length (30 minutes for younger students) and are offered weekly at the Thatcher-Young Mansion. Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced violin students from ages 6 and up are welcome. Lessons are currently $50 per 60 minute lesson. There is no charge for the first lesson which will assess the student's current abilities and make recommendations for further study. This also gives the student a chance to assess his or her compatiblity with Rosemary Hatch's teaching style. Rosemary is always happy to recommend other violin teachers if it is determined that would be best for a student's progress at this point.
